Little Christmas celebration
Though the courses are quite full, we fitted into the class room.
On Tuesday 25.11. both of our Finnish courses enjoyed a moment of Christmas cheer, celebrating through the program which they themselves prepared.
Not only was there games but also snacks prepared by our students as well as drinks.
The Christmas carols, both Finnish and international, were part of the program.
After having been seated we could begin, starting off with Christmas carols and performances, followed by a game of white elephant. A game where everyone brings a gift wrapped present and takes turns picking a present using a raffle, but there's a twist. you don't have to pick a present, you may also "steal" a present.
The students had brought their presents to be shared to each other.
Following the game of white elephant, the students split into groups to partake in some Christmas riddles about different objects and people relating to the Finnish Christmas.
There were a lot of Christmas delicacies to be offered.
