Porridge festival: Christmas is coming!
Things are getting jolly at the Finnish Bible Institute.
On 17.12 the Finnish Bible Institute held a traditional porridge festival in our church hall.
This Wednesday on 17.12 the Finnish Bible Institute held a porridge festival for our students and staff.
The festival took place in our very own church hall. The event consisted of musical performances from our music course, including songs such as a Finnish rendition of Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer. We also had speeches of course, as well as a bit of arts and crafts. We learned how to fold tissue paper into elf shoes. There was also a little skit recorded by our students, their own rendition of the Christmas Gospel according to St. Luke.
We ended the Festival off by enjoying some rice porridge in the cafeteria.
